5 easy steps from Hello to Home!

ALE provides personalized attention to securing the optimal housing solution based on your unique needs. From our first contact, our experienced team coordinates every aspect of your stay.

Step 1

Referral

Following the notice of loss, your insurance provider contacts ALE to refer the management of your temporary housing needs to ALE Solutions, Inc.

Step 2

Connect

A customer service representative from ALE Solutions, Inc., will contact you via phone to learn about your family’s specific needs. ALE will search for the most acceptable and cost-effective temporary housing solution close to your damaged residence.

Step 3

Check-In / Move-In

ALE manages every detail of the stay, including any issue that may arise with your housing. ALE will cover the cost of the nightly or monthly stay, as well as any fees for which the insurance company has approved for you.

Step 4

Extend

ALE manages the needed extensions should the repair time exceed the initial estimate. The adjuster-approved moves and extensions are coordinated by ALE on your behalf.

Step 5

Check-Out / Move-Out

ALE coordinates the end of your temporary stay so you can have a smooth return home. An invoice is sent to your insurance adjuster.
